Goods are usually shipped within 7 days. If you require it more urgently, please telephoneus on 0870 365 1218, there is usually something we can do to help.
Should your goods arrived damaged, contact us on 0870 365 1218 within 48 hours so that we can investiagte the matter. We will do all we can to replace any damaged parts free of charge.
Can I cancel an order once made?
We accept payment online using a debit or credit card, payment over the telephone by credit or debit card, money transfer by CHAPS or online, post office cheques payable to 'Bonds' or payment by personal cheque made payable to 'Bonds'. If payment by cheque, the cheque will have to be cleared before your order can be processed. Cheques with details of your order should be sent to Bonds, Plas Llanfigael, Llanfachraeth, Holyhead, LL654DB
What should I do if my credit or debit card was refused when placing an order?
Please telephone us on 0870 365 1218 and we will do all we can to assist you.
Do I get a receipt with my goods?
Yes a receipt is always sent out when goods are delivered.
Yes we can deliver to a different address but may require proof of account ownership before processing your order.
